While MultiMinds strives to provide exceptional service and customer satisfaction, we cannot be held responsible for delivery delays, damages, or defects that occur due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, terrorism, or civil disturbances. Any disputes related to these terms will be governed exclusively by the laws of the UAE and will be subject to the jurisdiction of UAE courts.

Shipping charges for all orders within the UAE may vary, although we offer free shipping options as well. For international deliveries, shipping charges will depend on the destination country and will be calculated individually. Domestic orders within the UAE are typically processed and dispatched within 1-3 working days, with same-day shipping available depending on location and the time of order. International orders will be processed once the customer approves the applicable shipping charges.
Please note that unforeseen circumstances like adverse weather conditions or disruptions may cause delays. However, MultiMinds will take all possible measures to ensure timely delivery. We cannot be held responsible for such delays.
A signature will be required at the time of delivery. Upon receiving the goods, you acknowledge responsibility for the product and its condition. If you have specified a recipient other than yourself, their signature will serve as proof of delivery and transfer of responsibility.
For domestic orders within the UAE, all applicable taxes and duties are included in the product price. For international orders, the recipient is responsible for any taxes, customs duties, or import fees once the parcel reaches the destination country. Once your shipment is dispatched, we will share tracking details with you. In case the tracking information is unclear or shows an issue, please reach out to the respective courier’s customer care for additional assistance.
All products sold by MultiMinds come with a limited warranty, as defined by the manufacturer or authorized distributor. The warranty typically covers defects in manufacturing but may exclude damages caused by improper use or other factors. Warranty coverage is generally available within the UAE unless otherwise specified by the manufacturer or distributor.
If a product is defective or requires repair, the customer is responsible for returning the product to MultiMinds at their own expense for warranty service.
We offer an extended warranty service that extends the manufacturer’s warranty period by one, two, or three years. This coverage applies to repairs of manufacturing defects but excludes damages caused by accidents, misuse, or unauthorized repairs.
We provide a complimentary 1-year insurance plan for devices purchased above a certain value. This coverage includes protection against liquid damage, screen damage, accidental damage, and theft. Customers also have the option to purchase an express claims service for faster processing. This service is exclusively available for purchases made through MultiMinds and is subject to the terms outlined in the policy.
MultiMinds offers a trade-in program in collaboration with third-party partners. Customers can trade in their used devices for cash or credit toward a new purchase. The final valuation of the traded device will depend on expert assessment, and the quote is valid for three days from issuance.
Customers are required to ensure the device is not lost or stolen and to remove all personal data before sending it for trade-in. MultiMinds will not be responsible for any issues related to data left on the device.
We accept payments via major credit cards, including Visa and Mastercard, and other payment methods. By proceeding with a purchase, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information for payment processing, including your payment method, billing address, and contact details.
Prices for products, including applicable taxes and shipping charges, are subject to change at any time without prior notice. By placing an order, you authorize MultiMinds to charge the total amount, including any fees, to your selected payment provider.
MultiMinds reserves the right to cancel or limit orders that appear to be fraudulent or placed in violation of our policies. We may also refuse service to certain individuals or entities.
