In compliance with UAE consumer laws, you can return most items within 14 days of purchase, provided they are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Refunds or exchanges are not applicable for items such as opened software, hygiene products, or personalized items. At Multi Minds, we offer free shipping on all orders above 1000 AED. During checkout, the shipping charges will automatically be waived if your order qualifies. You’ll see “Free Shipping” listed in the summary before completing your purchase. For orders below 1000 AED, a 15 AED delivery fee will apply.
