We offer a hassle-free 7-day return policy on our returnable products. If you are not satisfied with a product, you can return it in the same condition as it was received. The product(s) should not be opened, activated, used, or damaged in any way.
Please follow these steps to initiate a return:
You can email us at [email protected] or call us at +92 337 7777766 within 7 days of receiving the product. Please mention your order number and the product you wish to return.
Once we receive your request, we will initiate the pickup from the shipping address mentioned in your original order. The customer will bear the cost of shipping the goods back to us. In case you wish to return or exchange a product, please send it to the following address: Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
We do not offer reverse pickup service for international orders where the address is outside of the UAE.
Please hand over the product to our logistics shipping partner and/or staff of MultiMinds when they come to your doorstep. Please note the product must be UNUSED, and product tags should be intact with its original packaging. Otherwise, we will not be able to process your return. Reverse Pickup usually takes 1-3 days from the day the request is initiated.
After we receive the return, the product will go through a quality check.
Once the product passes the quality check, your refund will be initiated and completed.
Note: Used, activated, opened, damaged packaging, or damaged products cannot be returned or exchanged. Product tags and original packing must be intact to be eligible for return/exchange.
- All items returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
- We only accept returns for products purchased directly from https://themultiminds.com.
- Please note that we do not refund any shipping or COD charges incurred by you.
- If you self-ship your return, please pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. We recommend using a reliable courier service for all self-shipped returns.
- If you return a product without officially informing us through the return/exchange process, we will not process the return.
- We offer reverse pick-up within the UAE. However, we request you to send the product back to us at the following address:
Dubai, United Arab Emirates. - Please allow up to 3 working days to initiate a refund.
- Destination country import taxes, duties, and charges are not refundable.
- We do not offer reverse pick-up service for international orders outside the UAE.
We are not liable for any failure to fulfill orders or warranties due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of war, government restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances. Neither our staff nor MultiMinds shall be held liable for any damages or losses arising from such events or any other event outside of our control.
All terms and conditions, including warranty provisions, are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dubai, UAE.
